Professional Services $70/hr incl. GST

Applies to advanced IT consulting or engineering-level work

  • IT consulting (strategy, planning, documentation)
  • Security or legal framework design
  • Systems and network engineering
  • Interoperability and environment integration

Service Conditions

  • Minimum billing increment is 30 minutes.
  • Call-out fee $40 within the Geelong and Surfcoast area. Billed minimum of 1 hour.
  • Data recovery after total drive failure isn't offered — diagnosis is free (excl. callout)
  • We work in scenarios involving elevated personal information, such as medical, legal or financial data.
    This generally requires a more extensive scope of work. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Mates Rates (Labour Discount): 50% off applicable labour charges.
  • All services are subject to our Privacy Policy.
  • Payment due within 14 days of invoice.

Engagement Overview: Negotiations begin with a specialist consultation focused on developing a clear supporting plan, defined expectations, a shared purpose, mutual goals, and a considered solution. Access control and data compliance are built into everything I do — I’ll point it out when it matters, so you don’t have to think about it.

I offer Project services for small to medium businesses to get your organisation ready for business. Including multi-server infrastructure, complete network/wifi deployments, integrated workstation roles, system and policy alignment, file and email management, web services, and software provisioning.

Contracted services can be included to support your system after implementation, including offsite backups, proactive maintance plan, lifecycle management, audits, patching and updates, expanding infrastructure and user needs. Support packages generally revolve around the idea of monthly assistance allocation, either on-call or with set hours.

I can support past implementations I've delivered, even if an ongoing contractual arrangement is not in place. In other cases, I offer contracts to manage adopted systems. Engaging these services typically involves a discovery phase to understand the environment, review legacy documentation, and learn complex systems before commencing substantive work.

I provide end-to-end infrastructure support across cloud platforms and traditional data centres — whether leased, rent-to-own, or owned. Our team collaborates closely with third-party providers to design, deploy, and manage environments aligned with industry-leading architectural standards from AWS, Google Cloud, Azure and IBM. This ensures scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure tailored to your business needs.
